The course consists of instructor led group classes and group discussions which are provided for victims and their families. The program is designed to help victims and survivors by learning about dynamics of intimate partner violence and what the need to do to stay safe and protect themselves and their children. It includes legal options, self-love and self-care, healing strategies and more. This curriculum consists of classes that are held one time per week for 6 weeks.
The parenting program focuses on fostering healthy family dynamics, restoring self-worth, and equipping parents with the skills necessary to create a safe, nurturing environment for their children and learning to co-parent with an uncooperative parent. Through personalized coaching, group workshops, and access to community resources, parents will learn effective communication, conflict resolution, and positive parenting techniques. The goal of the program is to empower parents to break cycles of violence, promote emotional healing, and build strong, resilient families.
A Domestic Violence Batters intervention and Prevention program focusing on accountability, reflective and critical thinking. In partnership with the Batterers Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) is designed to help individuals who have committed acts of domestic violence to break the cycle of abuse. Through education, accountability, and therapeutic support, the program works to change harmful behaviors, promote healthy relationship dynamics, and prevent future violence, fostering safer communities for everyone.

This program is designed to provide women with the tools and resources they need to reach their goals, gain confidence, and thrive in their everyday lives. Through a series of workshops, speakers, and hands on activities, we aim to foster personal growth and resilience in every woman we reach.

Kind Girls is a workshop held for girls ages 5-9, it is designed to inspire young girls to promote kindness and compassion towards themselves and others: thereby bringing a positive change and more happiness and pave the way to a higher self-worth. Our program moto is, "Everywhere you go, leave a glitter trail of kindness behind you".
Our Girl Power workshop teaches tween girls ages 10-12, that they are valuable and have a voice that can empower them, by giving them information and tools to use. When girls feel confident about their bodies, their intelligence, and their worthiness. Our program moto is, "Be Strong, Be Smart, Be Amazing, Be Yourself".
